Dinner with the Alverson's

We had a really nice time visiting with Joleen, Shelly, Kristy and their kids. The kids put the little pool at the bottom of the slide and had a blast sliding down into it. Later they switched it for the slip and slide. They really had a lot of fun. We had a barbecue, visited and had a really nice time.

Knotts Berry Farm

Wednesday we went to knotts berry farm. It was very hot! The pictures are not in any order. This is Audrey, it was night time, which was more fun, because it was not hot.They had several fun little rides for the kids. It was funny to see them sit there bored, waiting for the ride to start, then their face filled with exitement on the rides.

Katrina tried pumping herself, but settled for a thumb, as the other kids pushed her. This was a fully manual ride.

Museum

Tuesday we went to a museum in Southern California.

They had an aquarium. The children loved watching the fish swim around.

There was a touch pool. It was neat to feel the sea creatures.

Monday at the Beach

Monday we went to the beach with Jenn and the kids. We got to see tide pools and play in the water.

The kids had fun learning to boogie board and play in the ocean.

They made a pool in the sand. The kids had fun playing in the water there.

I buried Audrey in the sand.

Kiersten got a ride up to the van.

On Vacation!

We went to California this year. On the way we stopped by Kathy and Garth's house to spend the night. The temperature was just right the next morning, and the kids went out back to play.Brady learned to Fly! He was actually doing flips on the trampoline when we caught this picture.
Kathy was so wonderful! Here she is feeding Katrina.Faith Logan and Aaron jumped right in the pool. They had a fun time splashing and playing. Audrey and Kiersten wanted to get in too. Their swimsuits were buried.
The kids found the toys right away.

Sunday at Doug and Jenn's

Sunday we went to church with Doug and Jenn's family. We spent the afternoon playing with the kids at there home.
