Winter is here and it is fun to see all the snow! We set up for christmas and the kids have had fun in the snow. I put food coloring in a sqirt gun and let the kids paint the snow. That only kept them out for a few minutes at a time. It has been too cold. Faith loves to pose for the camera and it is fun to take her picture. Brady on the other hand, hides whenever he sees a camera. I took this one of myself and Audrey. Audrey loves taking pictures with the digital camera.
Kenzie practicing the piano.
Faith and Logan were posing for the camera. Acually they were trying to push each other out of the picture.

Halloween

Halloween was a very busy day. After getting 5 kids off to school, four of them in costumes, I got the little girls dressed up in their costumes and went to the Elementary for the Halloween Parade. They had us all sit in the Gym. The kids marched in and up and down through each isle. I video taped my kids, so I didn't get any pictures. Then we went to the store to get candy for trick or treaters. When we got back, I fed the baby, did some dishes, fixed dinner for later and got Audrey some Lunch. Aaron came home from preschool, and was all exited. We got everyone cleaned back up and dressed and we headed back to the school to help with Faith's class Halloween party. It was a lot of fun. After school, we waited out front for the kids to get out. Faith invited a friend along, and we picked Brady up and went to the Pleasant Grove Rec center, where they had a city trunk or treat. Jack Sparrow brought the black pearl! Aaron dressed as a "Power Ranger".
After the city trunk or treat, we headed home, ate dinner and returned Faiths friend Kyrah to her parents. Got Michael, and then we headed to the ward trunk-or-treat. Logan Dressed as a ninja. I'm not sure what Michael was. He had tatoo sleeves, and a bandana. Kenzie didn't dress up, although I made him a ninja costume, he decided he did not want to wear it. After the ward trunk-or-treat my mom took the kids to her neiborhood to trick-or-treat. I changed diapers, nursed Kiersten, and went over to meet the kids and walk with them. While we were out, a neibor of my mom's told us about a haunted train ride another neibor was doing. We decided that the kids had plenty of candy, so we got back in the van and went to Anderson's. It was a really great and professional setup. I couldn't believe they did it for free. they had 2 trains running, and it rode around a 5 acre or so lot, through spooky tunnels, and between trees. There were lots of spooky kids to jump out and scare the riders. Audrey stared crying, and ended up on my lap. It was better than that spook alley I went to when I was single.
Audrey and Kiersten were Fairies. I forgot to put their wings on them. I made their costumes also.

Fall-ing

Our Laundry room had a leak. We have a big mold problem on our hands. Jim had to tear it apart, tear up the floor and replace it. He also had to replace insulation and sheet rock. It is great to have a
husband who can fix about anything.
Meanwhile the laundry room is all over the house. The clean laundry got put on the couch, where Aaron found a comfortable place to take a nap. Shelves were put in the kitchen and entryway, boxes of cloth, sewing and craft items were in the family room and kitchen. The sewing machine and serger are in my room. It will be nice to get the Laundry room back.

****************** Kiersten is crawling all over now. She is 10 months old and still hasn't cut her first tooth. She has had to have her hair cut a couple times though.
************************* Audrey and Kiersten love to swing. We went to discovery park and Audrey and Kiersten shared a swing until another baby swing became available. We are grateful that we have had so many nice days this fall.

Dance, Dance, Dance

We got together at Mom and Dad Alexander's to watch General Conference. Afterwards, we watched some home movies. Audrey did a little dance for us. It looked like the "box step". It was fun to visit with Rich, and see video when we were younger. It is amazing how time flies, and how quickly kids grow up. This is my first time uploading video.

Once apon a time...

Here is an old picture I scanned in a while ago of my dad, Denton, his twin David, and his older sister Joyce. (right to left) Can you believe those two boys are twins? I wonder if some of my kids got their petite genes from dad.
I cropped it an fixed it up a little. It brought back memories of watching slideshows at family gaterings when I was little. Oops! I just realized that I must have scanned this picture in backwards. The numbers on the house are backwards. Sorry.

Faith loves to pose for pictures! We filled 5 gallon size bags with cabage
The kids wanted to sleep out on the trampoline one night. They ended up comming back in around midnight because it started sprinkling. Kenzie did not wear a shirt and was coverd in mosquito bites the next morning. The scratches are from the cat, he tried to put him on the trampoline with all the kids that night and it obviously did not want to go.

Fun in the Pool

Summer is the best time for playing in the water and hanging out at the pool. This summer we got to go to the Scera pool 3 times and we have a pass to the PG Pool, so we play in the water a lot. Faith the Fish
Here comes the Tickle Shark!
Nap time for Kiersten. This makes a good waterbed as long as no one splashes.
Logan is playing with the water toys.
