Aaron's Birthday

Aaron turned six years old. We threw him a birthday party. We had a Treasure Hunt, played pin the tail on the donkey, and painted the snow*. Then we had Ice Cream and Cake . . .

. . . and opened presents

We did some more snow painting and then let them play in the back yard until parents got there to pick them up.

The tireswing was a big hit!

* Snow painting - fill sqirt guns with colored water and have the kids make art in the snow.

Kenzie's Birthday

Kenzies birthday was on a Saturday this year. We had a birthday party for his friends in the afternoon. I made him some invitations to hand out, and he forgot to. So he just verbally invited them. He forgot to tell his freinds he was planning on sledding, and to dress warm, so many of them showed up unprepared. I tried to get them to wear one of our coats, but they did not want to. I think they had fun anyway. Back at the house we thawed out, opened presents and had homemade pizza, then cake and ice cream.

Kiersten and Audrey wanted to blow out the candles.

New Years Day

New Years Day we went up American Fork Canyon to go sledding and ride the 4 wheelers.
